This allows the applicant to commence construction activities through the issuance of an Establishment License. Additionally, after completing the construction phase, an Operation License for telecommunications towers can be issued without the need to visit the relevant authority.

The certificate is issued proactively after the Occupancy Certificate is granted, without the need to visit the authority.

An e-service provided on the Balady platform that allows the supervising office to request the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for a building component related to issued permits.

An electronic service provided on the Balady platform that allows users to submit an application for issuing a license to correct the status of a government building without the need to visit the relevant authority.

It is a service for issuing carport permits within the property boundaries of buildings located on undeveloped commercial streets with widths of 30 meters or more and that have been issued building permits, in accordance with technical and standard specifications.

An electronic service available on the Balady Portal that allows beneficiaries to view a map of Saudi Arabia highlighting Phase 1 areas where vacant land must be fenced. The service enables users to search for designated vacant lands, select them, and initiate the fencing process directly from the map. The Phase 1 areas include the major cities of Riyadh, Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah, and Dammam Metropolitan Area, without the need to visit the authority.

An electronic service available on the Balady Portal that enables beneficiaries to file an objection against the suspension or cancellation of a construction license by the municipality or secretariat, without the need to visit the authority.

It is a service that allows the contractor to apply through the Balady platform for the issuance of an insurance policy against hidden defects in buildings via a survey report or building permit, and the application is sent to the insurance company to complete the issuance of the policy.
