- Access the Balady Portal via the National Unified Access (Absher).
- Select the type of owner and applicant.
- Choose the building permit or survey decision for which a rectification permit is required.
- Select an engineering office.
- Submit the request to the engineering office.
- The engineering office completes the data and prepares the required plans.
- The municipality calculates the penalties and violations (if applicable).
- A payment invoice is issued.
- After paying the fees, the permit is issued and can be printed.
- Contracting with an engineering office.
- Payment of service fees.
- A cadastral decision for rectifying an existing building status.
