Requirements for Canceling a Business License

Notes/Warning

1. The business license must be canceled before the commercial register is deleted.
2. The license will be automatically canceled if it has expired for more than one year.
3. Delaying the cancellation of the license may result in having to pay renewal fees upon cancellation, as per the Executive Regulations for Municipal Licensing Procedures of 1438 AH.

5. The cancellation fee is 20 Riyals, provided that the license is valid.
