1. The project owner or an authorized representative completes and submits a Scheduled Project Coordination Request after logging into the Major Project Coordination Platform on Balady. The applicant must confirm their identity and role, ensure data accuracy, review the service requirements and commitments, and acknowledge compliance.
2. The request is automatically circulated to all relevant authorities (Coordination and Approval Entities) and they are notified of the request, with a specified response deadline.
3. Once the request is approved, all relevant authorities and the applicant are notified of the issuance of the Scheduled Project Coordination Report, which becomes available for printing and is included in the Scheduled Project Plan.
1. Scheduled project, ensuring submission within a specified timeframe each calendar year.
2. The project owner must submit an early notification to classify the project as a sce applicant’s role must be verified as either (Establishment Owner/Manager) via the Ministry of Commerce or as an authorized representative through the Municipal Authorization Service.
3. The project must meet the criteria for defining major construction projects, as determined by each municipality, based on area, budget, and number of floors.
4. The project must not have any temporal or spatial conflicts with other scheduled projects.
5. The applicant must acknowledge and commit to the service requirements and conditions.
● The applicant's status must be verified:
○ If the applicant is a Business Owner/Establishment Manager, verification is conducted through the Ministry of Commerce.
○ If the applicant is an Authorized Representative, verification is done through the Balady Authorization Service.
● The project must meet the major construction project criteria defined by each municipality, based on area, budget, and number of floors.
● There must be no spatial or temporal conflict with any other scheduled project.
● The applicant must acknowledge and approve the service-related terms and conditions
