The Roads Work Permit service is one of the Infrastructure Works Coordination Services. It enables the Entity Representative to apply for the issuance of a Roads Work Permit within a defined spatial and temporal scope, through coordination with the relevant authorities and their approval, followed by payment of the fees and issuance of the permit. It covers Road Construction Works and Road Maintenance Works. After the permit is closed, the Maintained Streets Protection Procedures are applied to the affected roads within the permit scope, in accordance with the approved durations and controls.
Issue Sidewalks Work Permit Application
The Sidewalks Work Permit service is one of the Infrastructure Works Coordination Services. It enables the Entity Representative to apply for a permit to carry out sidewalks works within a defined spatial and temporal scope, through coordination with the relevant authorities and their approval, followed by payment of the fees and issuance of the permit. It covers four categories: Sidewalk Construction, Sidewalk Maintenance, Sidewalk Pedestrianization, and Stone Paving.
Saudi Architecture Geographic Explorer
An inquiry service that enables the beneficiary to view a map of the Kingdom showing the regions of Saudi architecture and their respective styles, with the ability to select a specific location and view the type of Saudi architecture applied to it, as well as view its details and related guidelines.
Issuing a Collective Residence Certificate for Individuals
An electronic service that enables the verification of the rental relationship for establishments leasing residential units to accommodate their workforce within properties licensed for collective housing, serving as proof of the availability of eligible housing for workers affiliated with the establishment.
Smart Guide
An electronic service offered on the Balady platform Enable the beneficiary to inquire about and view commercial, construction, and building services, without the need for an in-person visit to the authority. (Pilot Launch)
Issuance of a Building Component Occupancy Certificate
An e-service provided on the Balady platform that allows the supervising office to request the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for a building component related to issued permits.
Approval of Small Plot Plans (Rectification Plans)
An electronic service available on the Balady for approving small plot plans (rectification plans) with an area less than (10,000)
Detection of Visual Pollution Elements
The Balady Lens app enables inspectors to document and monitor visual pollution cases in cities by capturing photos, pinpointing geographic locations, and submitting reports to the relevant authorities for resolution.
Request for Insurance against Hidden Defects
It is a service that allows the contractor to apply through the Balady platform for the issuance of an insurance policy against hidden defects in buildings via a survey report or building permit, and the application is sent to the insurance company to complete the issuance of the policy.
Carport Permit
It is a service for issuing carport permits within the property boundaries of buildings located on undeveloped commercial streets with widths of 30 meters or more and that have been issued building permits, in accordance with technical and standard specifications.
Correcting the status of a government building
An electronic service provided on the Balady platform that allows users to submit an application for issuing a license to correct the status of a government building without the need to visit the relevant authority.
Blocking Workplace
The “Work Site Prohibition” service allows the authority holder in the coordination offices in the secretariats to submit a request to prohibit the issuance of digging permits for digging sites, including new roads, developed roads, or temporary prohibition in a specific area.
